Jo works both in a mainstream gym in the city centre and also has a quiet private facility at the Edinburgh Sleep Centre, Heriot Row. The centre has its own gym space which enables 1:1 training. This space is not like any other gym, its spacious and airy. If you'd like to bring friends then small groups can easily be accommodated.
Why in a private and quiet space? You may be shy or are worried by your body image? You may prefer discrete personal training before venturing into a more public gym so that when you do go 'public' you don't feel embarrassed. On the other hand you may prefer the hustle and bustle of a busier gym, and the opportunity to meet others. Either way Jo can help.
