Personal Training

reach for the sky

If you're new to exercise, returning to exercise or simply setting yourself new goals it is worthwhile doing it with a professional. If you're exercise has been DIY then you will notice the improvements or lack of injuries that can be gained by working with a professional. Jo's background in Applied Sports Science, dance and personal training has provided her with skills that far surmount many others.

She works in Heriot Row in the centre of Edinburgh and is available both before, during and after conventional work hours.

The centre has its own gym space which enables 1:1 training.
This space is not like any other gym, its spacious and airy. If you'd like to bring friends then small groups can easily be accomodated.
